Rates increasing in and around south orissa In this period of recession also the growth of south orissa particularly in berhmapur's south region can't be ignored. one reason for the growth of real-estate is the down fall in the reality sector in metro, people are now more interested in the TIER-2 and TIER-3 cities like berhampur due to the consistency marked in the reality sector from last 10 years.And the second reason is believed as the non-availablity of land in the heart of the city for devolopers so they are moving to near loaction where a number of well reputed school and colleges are comming up,easy excess to NH-5 and its procimity from Andra pradesh border.	0	-
